The Washington Wizards added to their roster Monday, acquiring guard Kendrick Nunn in a trade with the Los Angeles Lakers, NBC Sports reports. In return, the Wizards get three second-round draft picks in 2023, 2028, and 2029. The 27-year-old Nunn is a four-year NBA veteran who spent the first two seasons of his career with the Miami Heat. He was signed by the Lakers as a free agent after the 2020-21 season but suffered a bone bruise in his right knee and sat out the entire season. He has played close to 20 minutes a game over the last 10 games for the Lakers, who signed him to a two-year, $5.25 million contract in August of 2021.
